April 24, 2014: Occupational therapists and physical therapists often collaborate in health care.
In this episode we introduce you to a pair of occupational therapists and a physical therapist who took collaboration to another level, creating a website called The Inspired Treehouse that provides fun, easy-to-implement activities that are designed to help children build strong, healthy bodies and minds through play.
Some of that content, which is a great tool for parents, is provided here at MoveForwardPT.com as part of an ongoing partnership.

The team behind The Inspired Treehouse includes occupational therapists Pam Braley, OT, and Claire Hefferon, OT, and physical therapist, Lauren Drobnjak, PT. All three have worked in the pediatric and school settings for the past 7 years. In addition to creating The Inspired Treehouse to provide families with easy activities to do at home to help develop the skills of young children, the team also run therapy play groups during the summer that emphasize healthy development through play.
